We are pleased to inform that we have 5 positions in Regulatory Reporting.
Profile:
2 to 6 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting.
Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual financial reports as per the Regulatory Requirements.
Budgeting for financial instruments prior to issuances and submitting to management regarding its viability.
Preparing periodic Regulatory returns including SEC (10Q/10K), Call reports, Capital adequacy reports& SOX (Medium to high complexity) with highest level of accuracy under tight reporting deadlines.
Making AR balance reports, Lost Revenue Analysis, Small balances write off and Breakage fee Reports & Reporting the same to Directors and CFO.
Preparing and submitting the quarterly reports of BE-125 and BE-185 to US Bureau of Economics agency.
Assisting in preparation of various financial reports including periodic BS and P&L statements which gets submitted to Top Level management.
Supporting Operations Manager in executing other reporting tasks relating to financial reporting matters assigned on a periodic basis.
Preparation & Review of Flash Balance Sheets and calculating Key regulatory ratios and submitting to Top level management including CEO and CFO.
Review of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables
Adherence to various applicable internal policies and process controls including SOX compliances
Preparation of annual financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit & loss and notes to the accounts) of legal entities under relevant US-GAAP and IFRS standards with supporting schedules and sub-schedules.
Preparation and review of Share Based Payment report with compliance of IFRS 2 and US-GAAP.
Assisting in preparation of Board packs of various Legal entities to present the same at Board meeting.
Others:
Open for UK shifts.
Good communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Flexible in working hours depending on the business requirement.
Location of Work: DLF IT Park, Ramapuram, Chennai.
