Key Responsibilities For Sales Engineer - Sales
1.Sales of Analytical instruments like HPLC, AAS Spectrophotometers, Flame Photometers etc. for allotted territory.
2.To ensure 100% achievement of the projected sales growth in the allotted territory.
3.Should be ready for extensive travelling in the assigned territory.
4.Effective Customer Communication & Closing Business deals.
5.New Business Generation.
6.Keeping track of ensuring payment collections for the transactions done for the assigned customer base.
Key Responsibilities For Engineer - Service:
1.Servicing of Analytical Instruments like HPLC, AAS Spectrophotometers, Flame Photometers etc. for allotted territory.
2.To ensure 100% achievement of the projected Servicing(AMC) growth in the allotted territory.
3.Attend all Breakdown calls and closure within the assigned service parameters of response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customers satisfaction.
4.Should take complete ownership of the service delivery process for the assigned customer base.
5.Providing timely Preventive maintenance to the assigned set of customers. (primary and Secondary) by keeping the data for assigned customer base to justify AMC.
6.Achieve the assigned spares and Service revenue targets.
7.Keeping track of ensuring payment collections for the transactions done for the assigned customer base.
