Education - Graduate University Degree/Post graduate
Location - Chennai
Responsibilities
Need Analysis / Program mapping .
Understand and analyze needs received from business through learning consultants.
Identifying and Mapping of appropriate programs for the need analyzed.
Facilitation and Delivery.
Facilitation and delivery of Sales & Financial products through classroom and virtual mediums.
Conduct Product Refresher trainings for agents on the floor by coordinating with the Operations & Quality Team.
Project Management /Co-ordination.
Be a part of organization wide projects and contribute positively towards projects; align and explore best practice regions/GLO to ensure best in class solutions.
Should be able to carry out end to end (Planning to execution). management of projects assigned as per the need.
New Hire Orientation.
Train New Hire Training Batches on Product.
Monitoring & Reporting.
Being able to provide the monthly updates/data for the portfolio handled to the MIS and reporting teams.
Desired Skills.
Should carry minimum 3 years of training delivery.
Should have conducted training in BFSI sector.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task with well-developed organizational skills.
Mandatory Skills.
Should be fluent in Kannada/Telugu is must.
Should be from direct Sales or Sales training background.
Should be good with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS outlook.
Required Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, Presentation/facilitation skills, team working/Interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, problem solving skills.
