Job Description for Customer Relationship Manager…MALE
Should have at least 2 years experience in CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / CLIENT SERVICE
Description:
The job is to develop customer satisfaction and service for the product .The responsibilities shouldered include:
Any Graduate from Reputed Institute or University,(Agri background will be added advantage)
Handle existing customers’ site visits.
Should be willing to extensively travel across Tamil Nadu
You should be pro active with excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship
Relationship with its distinguished set of clients for the respective segment / project allocated, with the
lane of a market leader and the luxury brand that you represent
You should own a two- wheeler with a valid license
Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and query resolution within specified TATs
Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement
with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity. Planned wow moments
executed to perfection at important stages in the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and
handover of possession
Act as an escalation point for client meetings for issues and concerns beyond the operations team
Analyze customer needs and feedback and ensure continuous refinements in the services offered
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience
backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements
SKILL SET
Should have a passion and desire to work in the social service sector.
Ability & desire for hands on work in the field with customers service Strong in business development
skills to build & manage the business.
Ability to identify & resolve problem
Should have good command over local language
Open for field Job.(Area rural )
Computer savvy: Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel or equivalent.
Language: Fluent in English & local language, (Hindi / Kannada-will be added advantage)
Salary: 1 50,000 /-PA to 2, 25 000/-PA (Plus allowance)
