REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma
Proficient with MS Office Suite and experience with inventory tracking programs
Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem resolution skills
Exp = 0-2 Years
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracks company-owned tools on Service Technicians’: trucks
Responsible for refrigerant management
Processes oil samples
Ensures that frequently used materials are stocked and available for Service Technicians as needed
Receives all incoming packages and enters into tracking system
Responsible for warranty and parts returns
Other duties as assigned
